When I first started running I got fitted at an athletic store; it ends up that Saucony ProGrid's work the best for me (I have narrow feet and a decent arch). Since then I have figured out that Sierra Trading Post sells those shoes for the best price ever and as of today I am now on my 4th pair. It's always exciting getting new shoes in the mail, even if they mean I have to exercise more.
