Lazy Cake Cookies

Yet another recipe from Pinterest: Lazy Cake Cookies from the I'm A Lazy Mom blog. They were super-easy to make and tasted awesome. Plus, the cookies stayed moist even as leftovers.

Recipe:

• 1 box yellow cake mix
• 2 eggs
• 5 tbs butter
• 2 cups chocolate chips

1. Preheat oven to 350
2. Blend ingredients in large bowl (the mixture will be fairly dry so use an electric mixer)
3. Spray 9x13 pan with butter
4. Spread batter into pan and bake for 20min
5. Serve- esp good with ice cream
