5K

This morning I dragged myself out of bed at 7am to run a 5K at Duke. Luckily I had a group of coworkers who suffered through it with me. I did manage to run the entire time (despite being grossly out of shape) and am mighty proud of myself.

    I need to try running again (though I've hated it every time). Maybe I can try that Couch-to-5K thing.
