I realize I am avoiding studying to the max, so no need to remind me that poetry is not accomplishing an A in my class!

Med-Surg Test

I dread you so

There's so much stuff

I need to know.

All the different

Types of shock

Heart dysrhythmias

AV blocks.

So many anemias

One can get

All the signs

I’ll soon forget.

And if that isn’t

Quite enough

Spinal cord injuries

Are also tough.

Keep them stable

Check their heart

Their broken back

Is just the start.

So many problems

So many tests

When all I want

Is just to rest.
