January NaBloPoMo Prompt #5

Prompt: Tell us about the habit you wished you had. What stops you from trying to build it into your daily life?

I wish I could make running a habit. I hate it so much, but want so badly to like it (solely for health benefits) but making myself do it is such a chore. So what stops me? Sheer dislike, lack of motivation, and ultimately laziness.
