Benefits of running (or any exercise)

  • More energy
  • More stamina
  • Less cravings for unhealthy food
  • More fascination with fitness and healthy eating
  • Almost total lack of menstrual cramps
  • Increase in water consumption
  • People tell you that you look better
  • Glowier skin
  • The bragging rights to say that you're a runner
  • Skinny jeans without muffin top...enough said

  1. haha, glowier skin. I WANT GLOWIER SKIN! but I think my hormones are still all over the place. le sigh. lack of muffin tops is nice. you'll get healthy food out here because we'll go to the store when you get here. otherwise I don't have much food.
